  • We currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the item is faulty.

  • We use reliable third-party courier companies.

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service.

6. Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.

8. Click & Collect (If Applicable)

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

  • Orders must be collected within 3Β days of notification.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier.
