Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Areas


We currently ship within South Africa only.


Delivery to remote areas may take longer.


3. Delivery Timeframes


Estimated delivery times:


Major cities: 2–5 business days


Outlying areas: 3–7 business days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.


Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the item is faulty.


5. Courier Services


We use reliable third-party courier companies.


Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service.


6. Tracking


Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).


Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.


7. Failed Deliveries


If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.


Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.


8. Click & Collect (If Applicable)


Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.


Orders must be collected within 3 days of notification.


9. Damaged or Lost Parcels


If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


We are not responsible for lost parcels once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier.
